"I’m a Level 4 USA Archery coach and M.Ed. candidate whose work bridges performance coaching, leadership, and education. I study how coaches design environments that build confidence, discipline, and autonomy in athletes. My goal is to advance sport pedagogy by integrating reflective practice, data-informed feedback, and leadership principles to help athletes and teams thrive. As I prepare for PhD study in sport management or sport pedagogy, I’m focused on connecting applied coaching with research that improves how people learn and lead in sport.”
